SAMAIKYA SHANAKARAVAM, YS JAGAN VS BRAMHANANNDAM

SAMAIKYA SHANAKARAVAM, YS JAGAN  VS BRAMHANANNDAM

Jagan has been maintaining that if Congress cannot do justice to all the regions, the state must remain united.
It is a well known fact that the Congress high command chose to divide the state of Andhra Pradesh only to counter and minimize the impact Jagan. Almost every poll surveys conducted in the state gave Jagan’s party a massive victory prompting the Congress bosses to take the extreme step.
Jagan has become the real leader for Samaikyandhra supporters who are otherwise have no other political leader presently leading the agitations for a Samaikyandhra cause.

Jayasudha Back In Jagan Camp

Actress-turned-politician and Secunderabad MLA Jayasudha seems to be switching her loyalties quite often.
Jayasudha, who had been maintaining safe distance from YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for the last couple of months, suddenly appeared at the swearing-in ceremony of his mother Y S Vijayalakashmi on Friday.
She was one of the 13 Congress MLAs, besides two MLCs and one MP, who were present when Vijayalaksmi was taking oath as Pulivendula MLA in the presence of pro-tem Speaker J C Diwakar Reddy.
The actress, who owes her rise in politics to former Chief Minister late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy and later turned an ardent follower of Jagan, was among the first batch of vocal supporters of an emotional campaign to anoint Jagan as the Chief Minister.
Of late, Jayasudha had been keeping silent on her role in the YSR Congress party in the recent past. She did not even react on the victory of Jagan and Vijayalakshmi in the recent by-elections in Kadapa district. She also stayed away from Jagan’s “Ryhthu Deeksha” programme in Guntur.
There were reports that she had been successfully managed by Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy. She is understood to have assured the Chief Minister that she will stay loyal to the Congress. But suddenly, she appeared at Vijayalakshmi’s oath taking ceremony, making one wonder whether she has come back to the Jagan fold.

TDP & Babu In Struggle For Existence

The humiliating performance by the Telugu Desam Party in the just concluded Kadapa by-elections seems to have sent panic waves in party president N Chandrababu Naidu. For the second time, his party candidates have lost deposits – first in Telangana by-elections and secondly in Kadapa.

It is now a struggle for existence for Naidu. He has realized that unless he rejuvenates the party cadres at all levels, there is absolutely no political future for him and his party. The kind of mandate Jagan and his mother got in Kadapa by-elections indicates that the YSR Congress party is going to emerge as a potential force in the state and if this monster is allowed to grow further, the TDP would have to be relegated to the opposition benches again.

That is the reason why the former chief minister has now started taking an aggressive posture against the Congress party. For the first time, he used harsh language against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and Jaganmohan Reddy. He now has to tackle both the parties. May be, there is still some outside chance to the TDP, if Naidu sheds his tentativeness on the Telangana issue!
